Using Southern Utah Events
Southern Utah Events helps people find local city, school, organization, and business events. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and follow these terms.
Visitors can browse public events. Approved organizations may submit events through an organization account using approved staff email access.
Event submissions
Organizations are responsible for the event information they submit, including the title, time, location, description, event link, image, and any notes sent to reviewers.
Submitted events should be accurate, public-facing, lawful, and safe for the community. Do not submit misleading, fraudulent, harmful, illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, or unsafe events.
We may review, approve, reject, remove, restore, or request updates to event posts at our discretion. We may also suspend or delete organization access that abuses the service.
Early access posting
Organization event posting is currently free during early access. Approved organizations may have monthly posting limits, review requirements, and scheduling limits.
No guarantee of event accuracy
Southern Utah Events does not independently verify every event. Event details may change, contain errors, or be cancelled by the organizer. Visitors should confirm important details before attending.
Organization account responsibility
Approved staff email access is intended for authorized organization representatives only. Organizations are responsible for activity submitted through their approved email addresses.
Do not attempt to access another organization's account, impersonate another organization, or interfere with the service.
Limitation of responsibility
Southern Utah Events is provided as-is. We are not responsible for submitted event accuracy, attendee conduct, event cancellations, venue issues, or losses connected to using the service.
